01 Introduction

By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of 888taya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

To register and use 888taya, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.

• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gaming platform, nor are you under any court or regulatory order that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.
• You are not using the platform on behalf of another person or for any commercial purpose not explicitly authorised by 888taya.

04 Your Account

4.1 Registration

Each player may hold only one active 888taya account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, avoid previous suspension, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information current and to notify 888taya promptly if any details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. 888taya will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact us immediately at support@888taya.best so we can take protective action.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party who accessed it through your credentials — is your responsibility. 888taya is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs because you shared your login details or failed to maintain adequate security practices.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

888taya operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time we deem necessary, we may require you to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and/or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Supported documents include a Philippine passport, SS/GSIS ID, PhilSys national ID, driver's licence, or PRC ID.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

888taya accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank internet banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is ₱500. There are no 888taya-imposed fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you personally. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another person — are not permitted. 888taya reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as coming from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification and availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet are subject to the processing schedules of the receiving institution but are generally settled within the same business day.

888taya does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges. 888taya is not responsible for fees levied by third-party financial institutions.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on 888taya are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). There is no currency conversion. Winings are credited to your account and paid out in Philippine Peso.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed on 888taya, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to check all bet details — selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. By clicking confirm, you accept the bet as placed.

6.2 Odds and Settlement

Sports betting odds on 888taya are quoted in decimal format and include the platform's margin. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed — the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. 888taya uses official results from the relevant governing body of each sport to settle bets. In the event of a dispute about result, the governing body's official record is final.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a wager. 888taya reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and for any account without prior notice.

6.4 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided and your stake returned if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the timeframe specified in the relevant sport's rules, or if the outcome cannot be determined definitively. In multi-selection bets (parlays/accumulators), a voided selection reduces the bet to the remaining valid selections.

6.5 Casino and Card Games

All casino games, Tongits tables, poker rooms, and fishing game titles on 888taya use certified random number generation (RNG). Results are not influenced by the platform, by other players' outcomes, or by previous results. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

888taya offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and the Refer a Friend programme. Each promotion has individual terms that are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these Terms, the individual promotion terms take precedence for that specific promotion.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable real funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

888taya monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using betting patterns designed to minimise risk and meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and coluding with other players to exploit promotions. If bonus abuse is identified, 888taya reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winings, and close the account.

7.3 Refer a Friend

Refer a Friend bonuses are paid to the referring player when a new player registers using their referral link, makes a qualifying first deposit, and meets the activity requirements specified in the current Refer a Friend promotion terms. Referals of family members sharing the same household may be subject to additional verification. Refer a Friend rewards are not available for self-referals.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 888taya. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a different identity.
• Using false, stolen, or borrowed identity documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities. 888taya complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with games outside of normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities. Any winings derived from a confirmed bug or error may be voided at 888taya's discretion.
• Coluding with other players in poker, card games, or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of fraud related to sporting events.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 888taya staff or other players through any platform channel including live chat and email.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion or account restriction by creating a new account.

09 Privacy and Data

10 Responsible Gaming

888taya is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow you to manage your gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly in your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. 888taya will notify you when your session approaches the limit and will end session automatically when it is reached.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 888taya's total liability to you in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided under these Terms shall not exceed the value of your real-money account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

888taya is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, opportunity, or indirect/consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances outside 888taya's reasonable control, including internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party system failures.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions you make in relation to betting or gaming — all wagering decisions are yours alone.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or other third-party financial institution.

Nothing in these Terms limits 888taya's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Account Termination

888taya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The account is found to belong to a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the account.
• We are required to do so under applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.

In cases where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including winings derived from the breach — may be forfeited. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, regulatory changes), any eligible real-money balance will be returned to you.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@888taya.best. Account closure does not release you from any obligations that existed at the time of closure, including any outstanding chargebacks or fraudulent transactions under investigation.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of 888taya are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. You agree that any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be submitted the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

888taya operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Our platform and its operations are subject to oversight by the relevant Philippine regulatory authority under whose licence we operate.

14 Changes to These Terms

888taya may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account and display a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of 888taya after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
